DC Investment Fund “DC” was founded upon the success of Dean and Chris as a value-add retail developer and operator in the Midwest and California, with several long-term holdings across many asset sectors. DC also develops and represents expanding national retailers on build-to-suit sites across the Midwest. They are high school best friends and have started several start-up businesses since 1999, this partnership being the latest DC Investment Fund.

Our team is highly experienced in acquiring, developing, and managing commercial real estate transactions across several asset sectors within retail shopping centers, retail single-tenant net leased, multifamily, biotech/industrial, and mobile home parks. Through our expertise and experience, we are uniquely positioned to identify and capitalize on attractive investment opportunities that meet our investment criteria. We continually evaluate new opportunities to ensure that we are maximizing our original and re-invested capital. We are primarily an acquisition and disposition company, as we continually recycle our working investment capital.
