DC Investment Fund “DC” was founded upon the success of Dean and Chris as a value-add retail developer and operator in the Midwest and California, with several long-term holdings across many asset sectors. DC also develops and represents expanding national retailers on build-to-suit sites across the Midwest. They are high school best friends and have started several start-up businesses since 1999, this partnership being the latest DC Investment Fund.

We are primarily an acquisition and disposition company, as we continually recycle our working investment capital.
